Delete Account & Data

You can permanently delete your account or delete all your data at any time directly inside the Nyashu app. Below are the steps to follow.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Nyashu AI Companion app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

When you delete your account, the following will be permanently removed:

  • Your authentication record
  • Relationship data
  • All chat history
  • Memory and personalization data

This process is irreversible.

How to Delete Only Your Data (Without Deleting Your Account)

  1. Open the Nyashu AI Companion app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete My Data
  4. Confirm the deletion

This will remove:

  • Chat messages
  • Memory snippets
  • Relationship progress and statistics
  • Scene triggers and interaction logs

Your account stays active.
